Eating well and exercising is the recipe for keeping your body and mind healthy. Simple things like walking rather than taking the bus or using the stairs instead of the lift is an easy way to get exercise.
Eating a well-balanced diet can also be simple. Avoiding processed ‘junk’ food (crisps and fizzy drinks) and eating more natural food (fruit, vegetables and meat) will go a long way to making you healthier. As a teenager, your body is still growing so it is really important that you give it the best fuel possible!
